Terms of Service

Effective August 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of the My Sensors iOS application and this supporting website. By using My Sensors, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

You may use My Sensors for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with Apple’s platform terms. You may not misuse the app or website, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the feedback service to send harmful or unlawful content.

Informational readings

Sensor values, graphs, coordinates, maps, and environmental readings are presented for general informational purposes. My Sensors is not a calibrated scientific, medical, safety, navigation, or emergency instrument. Do not rely on it where inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable readings could cause harm.

Third-party services and hardware

Some features depend on Apple frameworks, map data, device capabilities, internet availability, or compatible Ruuvi hardware. Those products and services are governed by their providers’ terms. We do not guarantee their availability or accuracy.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the app useful and reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual property

My Sensors, its design, branding, and original content are owned by SeaCode or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, My Sensors is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SeaCode will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, My Sensors.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when the app or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
